Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States only.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Time
Once processed, orders are shipped and typically arrive within 10–18 business days. While we always aim for the faster end of this window, delays can occasionally occur due to high demand, customs processing, or carrier circumstances outside our control.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please allow 2–5 business days after receiving your tracking number for it to become active in the carrier's system.

Shipping Cost
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders — no minimum spend required.

Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather events, or carrier disruptions. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, please contact us and we'll do everything we can to help.
